KinoPark rules.

1. The purchased tickets and products are subject to a refund or change up to 30 minutes before the movie starts and only if the CRM receipt is available.
2. The reserved tickets are subject to purchase 30 minutes before the movie starts, otherwise the reservation is considered invalid.
3. Children under 3 years old have free entry. Children aged 3-12 are provided with a discount of AMD 250. The discount doesn't apply to the premium hall
4. Kinopark has a discount system for group visits.
5. It is strictly forbidden to enter the cinema hall with food and/or drink from other places, even from Yerevan Mall area (e.g. food court or Carrefour etc.). The cinema employees have the right to ask the violators out of the hall.
6. The mobile phone voice should be turned off when watching the movie.
7. The food and drink bought is not subject to replacement and refund.
8. Smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and IQOS is prohibited in the cinema area.
9. The KinoPark promotions have no effect on Premium Hall, neither on special promotion days and on the films produced in Armenia.
10. Tickets can be purchased but not booked through YerevanMall application.
11. The promotions are not combined.
12. Coffee Park service hours at the Premium hall are 10:00-22:00
13. Purchases made using special offers, promotions, promo codes, and vouchers are non-refundable and not subject to change.
